Guest Experience
Guest Experience
What we see, hear and feel when we enter an environment shapes our opinion of that place.
The Guest Experience team is responsible for setting the atmosphere and look and feel of church. Our teams create a place that is relaxed, warm and welcoming. A place where people feel at home and want to bring their friends.
There are multiple areas that come under the guest experience team. These include:
Hosts
Our host team extend a “welcome home” to everyone who comes through our doors and help create a sense of community and connection around our services.
Hospitality
If you have an eye for detail and love interacting with people, our hospitality team create an experience where people feel valued.
Interior
Our interiors team is made up of creatives and designers who create spaces that people want to spend time in.
Worship
The Worship Team known as “PWorship” is made up of volunteer musicians and singers who are passionate about contributing their musical gifts and talents to lead the church in heartfelt, passionate worship. The Worship team is a skills-based team. If this is something you are keen to be part of we would love to hear from you and help you take your next step towards getting involved.
Creative & Production
Our Creative & Production team known as PCreative Team exists so that you can hear what is said, sang and played, and so that you can see who is saying it, singing it or playing it, all whilst making sure it is done in an excellent, distraction-free, engaging environment.
We set out to achieve this so that people are able to enter into a powerful, personal encounter with God. PCreative team shouldn’t just facilitate the basics but inspire us to excellence.
We do this by operating sound consoles, lighting desks, vision mixers, computers, placing items on stage, and making sure people are where they need to be at the right time; all whilst focusing on the people that are a part of the team accomplishing this.
Visual Art & Media
The Visual Art & Media Team ( a member of PCreative team) is a community of creatives within our Church across the fields of photography, graphic design, film and animation. Every week the team aims to effectively communicate, both authentically and attractively, what happens on a Sunday. Our aim is to encourage people to come and experience Sunday for themselves.
As well as this, the team work on campaigns throughout the year to help inform what’s happening in the life of our Church and will also play a key part in capturing, communicating and marketing the various conferences that we host across the year.
Whether a professional or a beginner, there’s a place for everyone on this team.
Resource
The Resource team exists to provide the church community with the
tools and resources to grow in their relationship with God. At each of
our church services we supply a wide range of books, Bibles, teaching and
CDs to equip people in their day-to-day lives. The team ensures that
all resource areas are set up and neatly presented, and are on hand
to answer any questions that people may have.
Performing Arts
Lagos is one of the most creative cities in Africa. People flock here from all over Africa to develop and pursue artistic talents. We as a church want to provide opportunity for those who work in the industry to use their gift for the building of the church.
The Performing Arts team (a member of PCreative Team) uses the various expressions of the arts to communicate the message of Jesus and His Church in a way that is timely, attractive and innovative. The team is involved in three productions across the year: Christmas Carols; the annual Easter production and the musical ‘Jesus the Rock Opera’. They also contribute to different artistic moments on Sundays across the year as well as Our Conferences. The Performing Arts team is a skill-based team – everyone is welcome to go through the audition process or portfolio submission, where applicable. The team is made up of three areas:

Bump Team
The Bump team is responsible for setting up church in the morning and packing it down in the evening. Within our church family we have the ‘Bump In’ team who are the early risers; we unload trucks first thing and deliver road cases to areas within church. After everything is setup we hangout together over breakfast! The ‘Bump Out’ team are the ones who make sure everything gets packed down and taken to the right places at the end of the day. Once finished we always have some food then grab a drink together. There’s always a place for you in the team. We are all about creating an environment where people can find their place, grow in God and make friends. Bump team in one word? Family!
